Current- Head of consulting - Global Medical devices, IVD registrations, HA submissions: Scientific, Quality and Regulatory solutions for IVD & Medical devices.
- Heading Center of Excellence in creation, development and nurturing of key strategic customer relationships; develops strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Build and maintain a broad services catalog with latest technologies for global healthcareprojects. Generate new, add-on business for various new or existing clients globally,participate in business meetings.
- Maintains current professional knowledge and expertise in fields of medical devices, IVDregulatory to serve as a basis for providing or value added expanded company services to allappropriate customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to nurture and grow existing medical devices, IVD client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Guide presales team to support pre-sales activities, including proposal development, solution design, and client presentations. Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process.
