Build and Led a 100+ member team to deliver 'Clinical Aggregation Layer' program for Pfizer. Solutioned & delivered multiple releases of cloud-based clinical data aggregation platform to accelerate the clinical development process for new drugs. CAL program where Accenture partnered with Pfizer to develop a cloud-based clinical data platform that provides Pfizer with rapid access to aggregated clinical trial data from multiple internal and external sources, enabling it to improve clinical trial efficiency and execution, and accelerate time to market. This was one of the largest R&D transformation programs in the industry and was ranked by InformationWeek as one of the most innovative uses of business technology.

Successfully established a team of 100+ with unique services, on a 100% offshore factory concept in R&D Post Merger Integration (PMI) at Pfizer. While the project was in mobilization phase, led the effort to create/define key processes. Defined the service catalog and built out a detailed process/methodology for each as these services were new to the kind of Pharma M&I. This robust process essentially become "Playbook for Integration in Pharma R&D" and we used it as an asset to secure similar work at other clients. Started, established and successfully ran two brand new services ‘Business Analysis & Technical Writing’ in Life Sciences R&D space from offshore. It is viewed both by Accenture and our clients as a shining example of a well-run, efficient, industrialized process and we continue to showcase it across clients. This unique operating model is now an offering from Accenture to Pharma M&I clients.

Established a 100+ person outsourcing team at IDC for Pharma client ‘BMS’ (Bristol-Myers Squibb) starting with one member, self as the first member of the team who worked for BMS earlier. This was the first R&D AO engagement where IDC provided AD+AM work in all functional areas of Pharma R&D. Support was provided to 100+ complex R&D applications in Drug Discovery, Exploratory Development, Pre-Clinical, Clinical Trial Management, Clinical Data Management, Pharmaceutical Development, Regulatory Sciences & Information & Knowledge Integration areas. In parallel established the BMS TSS (Testing Shared Services), the first shared service model at delivery center. Actively involved in setting up the Pharma R&D CoE from the day of inception also established & build the capabilities of very niche R&D skills like Planisware (OPX2), Perceptive IMPACT, Oracle Clinical etc.
