Prior to project understanding, Checking of Architectural, Structural and MEP Drawings of Consultantand verify for the accuracy.Raising request for information from to Consultant.Collaborate with architects, engineers, procurement team, site team, sub-contractors and other stakeholders.to achieve desired design intent, quality and deadline.Manage design with ID Consultant in coordination with other involved stakeholders.Ensure Quality, simplicity and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.Shop drawing and material review.Regular site visits for approvals and site coordination.Snagging & QA/QC.Resolve design problems encountered during project construction.Make sure as built drawings are properly coordinated with the site inspection team and they match all site.changes. Review monitor & manage the design activities and coordinate technical issues on completionof project and other documents for smooth handing over.
