Family businesses are the bedrock of most capitalist countries globally, responsible for around 70% of GDP in some countries - especially in emerging markets. The need therefore, for sustainable and successful family businesses, is paramount in the growth of global economies. The family dynamics, generational values, and unique characteristics that make every family business and the owning family define success on their own terms is what has always fascinated me. Every family has a different story, aspirations, and concerns for the future; and I love being part of lasting solutions for these families that pave the way today, and which are structured to survive generations.With my background in operations, I have assisted select companies optimize their processes for increased profitability and for greater employee and customer retention.Being a firm believer that true satisfaction in life comes from giving back to society, I have been involved extensively in non-profit work within communities that I have been part of, with a focus towards sustainable communities through innovative solutions in areas of education, health, family relations, housing, supported by strategic investments.
