Supply Chain & Operations • Worked on the Modern trade fill rate optimization project. Defined set parameters that affect the fill rate and established a system to quantify them.• Developed a system involving all the CFAs pan India to develop a system that gave a real time update on the parameters that were bringing the fill rate down. • With the help of real time data, introduced the system of fill rate monitoring resulting in improvement in fill rate in a short span of 3 months.

• Analysed the low utilisation sites and assessed them on the parameters set by the sales and marketing division• Carried out a competitive benchmarking process and provided solutions to convert the LUT sites into HUT sites• Improved the beat plan, redefined distributor territories and implemented new promoter schemes in the LUT sites• Implemented new IT process for the service delivery and the sales team to track and notify about rejected KYC forms
