Interacts with clients through organized meetings, entertainments, familiarization trips, site inspections, trade shows, sales trip visits... Manages the implementation of the hotel sales strategy to ensure all facilities and services are aligned according to budget guidelines Ensures account development plans are in place for key markets and key accounts, and are regularly reviewed Achieves the annually established segment revenue targets Consistently analyzes current and potential markets / trends, and recommends necessary sales plans/actions to increase production of the segment to the Director of Sales Understands the overall United Arab Emirates and Abu Dhabi market as well as competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, and supply and demand. Uses negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to achieve set goals Works collaboratively with available sales channels and RFP tools
