 Product development by following APQP process in line with SOP. DFM meeting with engineering research center team for design finalization. Selection of suitable and reliable suppliers by PSA and risk assessment. Expertise in development of brake actuation parts, exhaust systems, cooling parts, electrical and proprietary parts. Costing of components and negotiation with supplier using Zero based costing. Implementing the engineering change in drawing for improvement in Quality and Cost.  Budget preparation for model based order of parts. Procurement of parts for respective models of commercial vehicles. Inventory management of parts and its storage using WCQ concepts. Store management for new develop parts and maintain FIFO/check sheets. Weekly assessment of safety parameters. PPAP audit of parts developed and layered audit. SAP working (MM module)
