He has unique experience of managing Post Merger assimilation in including managing cultural differences. He is associated with several start-ups and enjoyed building organization from scratch. He has been instrumental in setting finance & legal infrastructure of few client organizations e.g. About Face, Creatiosoft, Bincom, OCS Group, jabong.com & other Rocket Group ventures. He has worked with Indian Government for designing NAWADCO (Indian Government PSU) & was part of a team created for reviving sick companies as partner of National Productivity Council (NPC), Ministry of Commerce. He has spent around 8 years in handling the operations of family businesses in retail segment including wholesale agency for shoes & crockery. He used to handled financial, legal & business development for the same single handedly.
