I am working’s with Indian Bank, one of the leading PSBs of India as assistant branch manger for more than three year. During my tenure initially I hold the responsibility of day-to-day banking operation for one year and immediately after that I was assigned with the responsibility of credit department. From the last six months I hold the position of assistant branch manager and also handling the responsibility of credit department. During the entire tenure I gone through different exposures of handling customer there grievances, creating credit proposals for micro and small enterprises , various ratio analysis before financing, financing housing projects including assessment of loan amount, credibility of the borrowers by using various tools and scoring models, proper documentation, risk assessment, repayment tenure etc. Also got exposure to handle the whole branch and entire team in the absence of branch manger.
