Banking profession is a very good profession and it has its own pros and cons as almost all the jobs. It is not an exception.The perception and the attitude towards the Job decide whether the person likes it or not. Some people join the bank and consider it as , just a contract between the bank and him for earning money for the living and they will be working in the bank watching the clock. They will say it is ten to five job and they have to live the life and take care of the family, relationships and so on so forth. In fact they are drawing the salary and NOT earning the salary.There are lot of differences between earning the salary and drawing the salary for which they are entitled.A person who earns his salary always approach the customer and try to solve the problems from the customer's angle and at the same time aim at the ultimate goal of earning profit for the bank who is his boss.The person who dedicates himself to the bank job will do his profession , like a patient and a doctor who will do anything and everything on account the confidence,faith and belief reposed in him.The attitude of the banker should be always to help the customers and approach the demand from the customers with empathy and sympathy.In this way the banking profession will be a noble profession and he will enjoy it though he has to undergo many hardships and to sacrifice many things.
