Current.Joined as Sales Training Manager then promoted as Regional Sales Training Manager in 2011.•Looking after Jharkhand state and 14 branches of Bihar state.•Handling a team of 6 dedicated Sales training Managers and 38 branch trainers.•Organizing Painting Competition in Play Schools and Internship program in B-Schools. •Responsible for all types of training activities in Region.•Responsible for appearing percentage in III Exam, Passing percentage in III Exam, Advisors’ activation and increasing Club members.•Imparting Induction training for new joinee for sales force like Branch Managers, Sales Managers, Trainee Sales Managers and Advisors and training team.•Handling New SMs, TSMs till they complete Minimum business Targets.•Maintaining MIS and planning, Implementing accordingly.•Responsible for audit all the branches coming under Patna region and report to the State Head Sales (Bihar+Jharkhand) and ZTM with feedback.•Developing sales modules as per requirement.
