Involved in End to End recruitment for Permanent /Contract/ Contract to hire placements.• Handling the complete Recruitment Life Cycle - Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing Profiles, candidates Tracking and Follow-up, processing CV's, Updating / Maintaining Database etc..• Recruiting US Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates and strong knowledge with different tax terms like W2, C2C and 1099.• Working on four different US time zones Pacific (PST), Mountain (MST), Central (CST) and Eastern (EST)• Call applicants and perform phone screening.• Instruct applicants on the nature of the job and whom they will be speaking with during the interview.• Negotiate/convince the candidate with regards to salary, relocation and related issues in coordination with the Client.• Continuous follow up with the Offered candidates to ensure offer to onboard conversion and coordinate with the client and the candidate’s Queries and changes in date of joining.• Sourcing and creating pipelines for multiple Contract requirements across US.• Involve in full scope of business development & recruitment from sourcing to closing the requirements from Manager.• Responsible for following and passing out Pre and Post interview feedback like time, date, contact person name, areas of improvement and if consultant selected date and place of reporting and joining from vendors or clients to consultants/employers.• Helping junior recruiters in sourcing the consultants using job portals (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech Fetch).• Understand the requirements from the managers and put together a resource plan.• Record recruiting activities and analyze it to improve the recruiting methodology.• Prepared candidates for client interviews by providing information about the organization and position to ensure quality results.
