• Conducting comprehensive validation and analysis of the entire mechanical system, taking into account its 2D, 3D, and critical part functionality aspects through feasibility studies conducted in a virtual environment. • Work with design engineering personnel to integrate identified Virtual issue corrections, DFX findings, any previous learnings, and improvements into the design. • Direct support personnel in the preparation of detailed design validation, prototype fabrication & testing of the new and modified designs and validate the tool performance as well.• Interact with TPM, System Engineers, DE, Safety Engineers, IE, MPM, Quality Engineers, Supplier Engineers, ME, Config Engineers, and planners to strategize and plan the Product readiness roadmap, prepare the Manufacturing scorecard necessary for assessing the progress.• Closely monitor the Quality aspects of the new product prototype manufacturing and providing important recommendations and Long-Term Corrective Action to all the Non-conformities (NCs) observed during the managed build. (100 % ownership of Build, travelled to On-site, USA for Build)• Release Bill of Materials and Track and keep record on Bill of Materials for Hybrid bonding products and manage the parts reaching end of life or Last time buy throughout their Product Life Cycle and direct the buyers on dispositioning the parts appropriately. • Direct the support personal in the creation of Operational Methods Sheets (OMS)/Sequences of operation, Test procedures and Sequence of Events (SoEs) to aid technicians during Build, Integration and Test in pilot manufacturing and then validating them and signing off. • Own the Master Model for new proprietary products by creating the complete system 3D model using multiple tools and monitoring the Engineering Changes• Participate in Signoff Meeting with Manufacturing Engineers, Technicians to complete the process of knowledge transfer of the build.

I was in quality planning and audit team under Quality Control Department. Our job was to ensure in-process quality of the product through development of quality management system in the assembly line so that the product has in-built quality.
