• To manage the Citrix and Azure AVD infrastructure to ensure stable operation. This includes developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas in and around the Azure AVD and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop, Citrix (ADC MPX and VPX) and Dell Wyse Manager.• Responsible for the day to day support of Microsoft products which includes Azure, AVD, MCAS and Citrix products which includes VDI, Sharefile, Dell Wyse thin client related services within the client environment, performing troubleshooting and resolving incidents.• Maintain service availability in excess of 99.5%• Solid experience of all aspects of Citrix Virtual App and Desktop administration and systems operations• Hands on experience Migrating existing applications to different versions of Citrix and administration of XenApp applications.• Support (Identify, troubleshoot and resolve incidents) all Citrix products, Microsoft Cloud, VMWare/VXRail and Dell Wyse Thin clients• Adhere to change control – create and implement changes as required to maintain the environment and ensure stability of the Citrix/Azure and VDI environment and relevant supported services.• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve service failures, hardware failures.• Experienced with vCenter SRM for disaster Recovery• Expertise in Application Virtualization (MSIX App Attach/ App-V) technologies• Experience skilled in reviewing and providing security compliance and baselining recommendations• Analyze configuration and perform optimization / fine tuning• Hands on experience on Dell WMS Thick Clients• Performed P2V and V2P operation on multiple versions of Windows servers• Good exposure in Datacentre’s Operations & environments• Proficient in automation tasks using Power shell • Designed and implemented several process improvements including; change management, Problem management and root cause analysis, Governance scorecard, Patch and Inventory management, and Audit responses• Strong technical aptitude and ability to research and solve complex issues independently• Possess great people skills and work well with others• Possess multiple vendor certifications and aspire to be further cross-trained on multiple platforms• Self-motivated and Ability to learn new technologies on their own• Ensure all projects and activities are executed to a high standard and within required timelines
