 Responsible for the maintenance and development of machines and tools and replacement of worn-out parts.  Supervised and led a small team in analyzing mechanical failures and machine installation and as well as machine overhauling. Responsible for providing mechanical support for production activities to ensure that the products can be delivered on time and in good condition.  Responsible for overlooking that all safety precautions are taken. Carried out safety tests and recorded results on mechanical equipment and systems and recommended improvements and also implemented where possible. Responsible to scrutinize technical mechanical problems and follow corrective procedures to fix the problem and avoid reoccurrence. Responsible for liaising with non-technical workers regarding technical problems. Responsible to prepare monthly reports for higher management. Designed and modified some new tools and equipment cost effectively such as I developed a 10 mm 900 box wrench by using an Allen bolt for the easy accessibility at very tight spot. Worked in various computer program solutions which can improve efficiency and effectiveness of machine. Used to work in various computer program solutions which can improve efficiency and effectiveness of machine. Used to supervise and ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing plant. Developed a database in excel (for the broader audience) to monitor the optimum use of equipment depending on the variable production, which in turn balance the quality and cost.
