Responsibilities• Merchandisning of clients – MARMAXX (TJMaxx) & TKMaxx-UK.• Contribution in business booking/growth and contributes positively so as business booked grows against each season/ladder plan when compared with last year same season/ladder plan.• Get closures on Fabric Quality, Trims & Artworks approval timely.• Make & track T&A to maintain the delivery date. Do Cross Functional Team as well as Line Review meetings on the orders.• Follow vendor/factory team for Samples (Proto/Fit/PP/TOP), quality & colour submits and get them closed with buyer.• Do complete review of style at costing for any technical aspects, safety parameters, fabric functionality and testing callouts to be covered.• On time delivery• Timely and accurate WIP submission along with communication & submit forms• Follow with factory regarding samples (Fit, PP etc. ) as well as fabric & trim quality /colour submits for approval.• Chasing store and purchase for trims and fabric I/H on time as per T&A.• Provide approvals on trims and fabric in reference with buying house & buyer.• Follow with factory/labs for testing (FPT/GPT) and reports.• Conduct PPM meeting with factory team along with QA team. Monitoring T&A on daily • Increase the business volume and develop additional vendor/factory.

 Communicate & organize meeting with buyer’s as well as their representatives and organize presentation to display product range. To do the costing for new developments & also study it’s feasibility as per the capability of the factory in consultation with the Merchandising Mgr. /Director of the Company. Sourcing of varieties of fabrics, accessories, trims & other items required for the Sampling & Production from local as well as from outstation vendors/suppliers & manufacturers. Proactively follow up with the Purchase & Store dept. for the fabric, trims & accessories to be liquidated as per schedule. Make and provide details of requirements in production of fabrics, accessories, trims, packaging materials & other items required for the product specified to Store officer & Production manager.  Make a T & A plan for the orders in hand in consultation with the merchandising manager. To communicate with the buyer on a day to day basis & ensure all approvals are taken on time. Coordinating with vendors, insuring quality product delivered on time in case of Job work outsourcing. Promptly identify deviations and bring to the notice of the Management and relevant Departments, reschedule if required. Make & get samples approved for production reference & give the same to the production dept. to follow the workmanship as well as quality parameter.  Overview quality status of goods in sampling & production time to time to verify that the products are being made as per approved sample and meet all specifications given by buyer.  Maintaining records of all written communications & details like product’s spec sheets, barcode details, packaging instructions,TNA,lab test reports, inspection reports, courier details. To communicate to the shipping-documentation dept for timely Filling of papers for the scheduled shipment & verifying the same against PO/LC. Making details of expenses involved in execution of orders Post shipment.

 Communicating with buying agency for product development, sampling, costing, negotiation, approvals & reporting status regularly. Preparing Spec-Sheets & Bill of Materials and updating the same to the functional Software. Coordinating with Sourcing department to facilitate correct ordering of Raw Materials including fabric, trims and packaging materials and ensure timely arrival of the same. Monitoring quality of Raw Materials.Monitoring Sampling procedures. Executing bulk Production of corresponding orders.Monitoring overall Quality of products. Maintaining proper information flow within the organization.

 Worked as Mill. Mgr. where 100% cotton Open-end yarns meant for Denim are manufactured and responsible for Production, Planning, Quality & Maintenance. Follow up with vendors & store personals for production & maintenance inventory. Co-ordination with Sales team and Q.A personals.  Actively involved in assessment of the documented quality system to ensure the compliance as an Internal Auditor for ISO-9001: 2000. Also observe and control any non-conformance of material and arrange for disposal of it.  Controlling the MIS of all activities on daily basis.

 Worked as Shift Incharge where 100% cotton Open-end yarns meant for Denim are manufactured and responsible for Production, Planning, Quality & Maintenance. Responsible for achieving production from designated shift without compromising on quality. To look after day to day operations in Shift. Controlling the MIS of all activities on daily basis.
