Current• Establish work plans and lead the team in the delivery of 100% compliance documentation as per process.• Responsible for maintain of internal applications in RSDC like providing access controls, creation of ID's, etc.• Experience in maintaining Mater Inventory & Attrition Data for HUL.• Manage knowledge transition between team members.• Responsible for resource management, Activity schedule tracking & approval • Excellent communication, leadership skill, Quick learner and ready to take multiple responsibilities• To energize and inspire diverse teams.• Reporting to Onsite and Offshore Managers on periodical basis on team work status.• Managing Customer care team of Unilever Application support and Delivery Centre.• Responsible for managing the Infrastructure, Remedy, Intranet, Voice communication, Document Management, Vendor Management and Admin Related areas• Fostered customer loyalty by ensuring that our customers fully utilize the value of our services. • Responsible & accountability for various reports generation/ preparation using MS Office package• Direct the coordination of all reporting tasks involving third party vendors• Preparing SLA (Service Level Agreement)Reports, quarterly reports, and yearly reports • Preparing Process Documents. • Updating and Uploading of the Intranet portal of Unilever. • Responsible for conducting and organizing monthly reviews and Induction program for the new consultants
