• Project coordination of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchanger, Heavy Steel Structure Fabrication & Erection.• To procure all project related material with procurement department as per client`s specifications.• Follow up for the payments with client.• Prepare the project execution plan monthly, fortnightly & daily basis.• To supervise drawing development.• To coordinate with client and our internal department for all technical/commertial issue.• To prepare the presentation report of the project.• To take follow-up with the client for the approval of documents and also clarify the doubts self and by our relevant departments.• Meetings with our internal Departments as Production, Purchase, Quality, Design & Store for the expeditation the projects.• Technical meetings with vendors at our office/his works.• To maintain of our Off-loaded work.• To visit in our vendor’s shop for the real status of the material manufacturing.• To prepare the comparision sheet for the actual cost of project and estimated cost.• Expediting the job & remove bottlenecks at workshop.• To raise the enquiry to the vendor for the Bidding(in special case)Specialties: Project Management
