USD 100 mn. My current responsibilities include:• Managing a P&L of appx. $100 mn portfolio comprising 1000 professionals across US, Europe and India• Develop and implement strategies for growth• Develop and implement sales ane marketing strategies across US and Europe• Deep understanding of P&L, costs, US, India and UK taxation and legal framework, finance and accounting• Continuous change and cost management• Expertise in handling Software Products, Services and BPO businesses in many markets• Many successful M&A experience (largest $150 Mn) and integration of those businesses• Managed business across USA, UK, India, ME, Afria and CIS countries• Firm believer of “CHANGE is the only CONSTANT”

• As CFO, responsible for USD 275 million portfolio with heterogeneous underlying business operations• Budget development, monitoring and management• Accounting and financial operations• Financial planning, analysis and MIS reporting• Head of legal including contract negotiations• US and International tax planning• Mergers and Acquisition due diligence and planning for both buying and selling. Key transactions include:o Acquisition of Regulus Group from Liberty Partners (Revenue USD 150 mn) - 2008o Acquisition of Retail lockbox business of JP Morgan Chase (Revenue USD 45 mn)- June 2009o Sale of BPO businesses with revenues of USD 150 mn in the US to Cerberrus Capital Management• Successfully managed off-shore and on-site teams• Firm believer of “Business enabling Finance” operations
