CurrentInstalling, configuring and maintaining Operating system, Application Software, Anti-Viruses & Hardware.Troubleshoot Desktop, Laptops and Peripheral devices.Installing and configuring SQL, Visual Basic, Handheld Computer, and Windows Server.Knowledge of Manage engine, Fresh service, Fresh desk Tools and Jira tool.Managing outlook on Desktop , Laptop and Mobiles .Handling daily technical support activities on system support.Installing desktop computers and peripherals and test network connectionsOrder or buy computer systems and liaise with purchase and supplies department.Troubleshoot and configuration of IP/Analogue based CCTV camera.Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot XP, Windows and Microsoft Office and any other authorizeddesktop applications and OS.Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorizedperipheral equipment.Performs remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards.Returns defective equipment/parts to maintenance inventory, documents customer repairs, maintains andrestocks assigned parts inventory to insure proper spare parts levels.Maintenance Antivirus Software Scanning & Update.Configuration Wireless Barcode Scanner Wired Scanner.Attaching and Detaching the networks system and related hardware.Network console configuration and maintenance .Repair of Hardware equipment's .LAN cabling , Data Center wire Cabling .Ensuring compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulations.Every week IT audits for inventory stock.Defective part repairing.New Laptop , Desktop and Network device configuration as per End User .Assessing and managing IT risks, including cybersecurity threats and data breaches.Handling Cloud based servers for clients and company employees .
