I worked on Point-of-Sale Payment domain here. I worked on products for National Bank of Australia and China UnionPay card solution.

The venture was related to the retail sector. It was a business-to-business effort. It was a marketplace for retail shop keepers and producers/manufacturers of goods. Right now, by the use of technology every industry is being re-imagined/re-structured and in this process new value is being created and gets captured. In India the retail sector is very big (almost 500 billon dollar market) and it’s mostly unorganized. Presently, the retail shopkeepers purchase the goods/items (like rice, pulse, sugar, milk, egg, bread, cloth, electric goods, chocolate, pen, notebook, book and all other daily use items) from wholesalers and wholesalers get it from producers/manufacturers. So, in this supply chain the wholesalers/hoarders work as a middleman. So, this venture is about eliminating the wholesalers from the middle and directly connecting the retail shopkeepers to manufacturers/producers of goods. Responsibilities: Co-founder/CEO (Customer development, Product roadmap/management, Vision for the product, Market research, Consulting to both retail shopkeepers and producers/manufactures of goods, Business model development, Team building).

I've worked here on the following projects:1. Worked on Bluetooth and NFC , communication/networking system and application part of Windows Phone 7 and 8 Platform. This project was about implementing various Bluetooth and NFC features in Windows based smart phone and tablets.2. Sqlite Database design , Big Data Analytics.While working on these projects, I mentored/led a team of 5 junior members.

Bangalore

Here, I went through a training program, namely PRISM, for three months. I worked on the following projects here:1. Worked on UMTS Call Processing (3g/3.5g wireless) project for Alcatel – Lucent , telecom & wireless domain.2. Worked for 2 months on Android (application development) for Verizon wireless.3. Developed DNS Server during training period.

Coimbatore, Tamilnadu

I did my internship during my final semester of MCA here. I worked here on the following project:1. WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM : This project was related to the development of Warehouse Management System. Warehouse management supports warehousing processes by making it possible to define and manage complex warehousing structure.
