I am recently working at Yescom india softech pvt ltd as senior operation manager for 7 years. Railrestro is a ecatering service provider, where we use to deliver food in trains. I am the reponsible for the smooth operation, where my work role is to deal with the team leaders with the work allotment and for the best outputs from them, hiring staffs, training, and for the fabulous management. I learnt many thing in this company. I am also running my own events management company, by the name of Toucheve Events. Where we provide the services like wedding planning, catering, photography, theme entry, cooperate events and all the events related work. really, my whole experience is good, I always do the challenging things till now, which is little bit risky but I enjoy to so.
