Managing company entire work proces.

Responsible for the smooth running of the Restaurant, Bar and Banquet Department in line with company standards of procedure, predetermined budgets and all relevant legislation.Take care of employee relation and performance management of Restaurant and Bar team by the help of HR Department.Responsible for the training and development of Restaurant and Bar team using relevant techniques.Supervise the activities of all Restaurants and Bar team to ensure all team members are aware of their responsibilities and are performing all duties to a consistently high standard.Manage all stock levels within the department in line with department budgets. Work with General Manager, Senior Manager and head Chef on menu planning through monitoring of food sales and introducing new menu idea.Communicate our service and facilities to the guest as required. Liaise with other Heads of Department and Duty Manager to ensure high quality of service is achieved at all times. Work in conjunction with the General Manager and Senior Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department and overall business.Taking briefing every day to discuss daily operation issues.Recruiting Service and Kitchen staff.Carry out any other reasonable request made by management. If required, Work in other similar related departments during peak times.Discuss with customers regarding Banquet booking and take the booking on available date.Check Banquet party set up and give required suggestion.
