Appointing Distributors in unrepresented areas Monitoring sales of the distributors and their market coverage.• Suggesting media plans and promotional campaign in the respective territories of the distributor and to organize them.• Promotion of the product through participation in Regional Exhibitions and Trade Fairs.• Launching schemes for the respective territories and monitoring their performance.• Launching products with the tune of the market to get maximum mileage and sales.• Time to time survey about competitor activity and reporting to the Vice President. • Keep a check on the credit limit and outstanding of the distributors for timely realization to the company.• Managing the Company at Bangalore office with regard to monitoring of Sales/Collection and Expenses.
