I also oversee the quality, budget, and timeline of our projects, and maintain strong client relations throughout the process.I have a background in computer science, having studied at Chaudhary Charan Singh University for three years before dropping out. However, I did not let that stop me from pursuing my passion for technology and innovation. I have gained valuable experience as a Technical Recruiter at KPG99 INC, where I matched the right candidates with the right jobs, and as a Team Lead at PayMe, where I managed a group of Tele-Collection team. I have developed core competencies in process improvement, customer experience, and client relations, which I apply to my current role at MakeOlix.
