Assitant Operations Manager
CurrentParticipate in daily meetings, contributing feedback and updates on open positions and active candidates.Provide support in managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.Provide guidance and support to team members, addressing any performance or operational issues that arisePrepare regular reports and presentations summarizing key operational metrics, performance indicators, and improvement initiatives for management reviewEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, promote a safe working environment, and take appropriate action in response to incidents or emergenciesSourced candidates through skilful use of job boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Career Builder and Dice, as well as through referrals, company databases and Internet searches.Provide thorough candidate screening, decreasing cycle times for candidate identification and submission.Conducting interviews with candidates, including first level interview and technical screening.Experience with both Vendor Management System (VMS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
