I am a Senior Associate at Tech Mahindra, where I work for international clients as a customer support and customer retention advisor. I graduated from ASM Group of Institutes with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications in June 2021. My core competencies include customer experience, customer engagement, and retention strategies.In my current role, I handle call and chat inquiries from clients, resolve complaints from customers, and provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. I also use my computer programming skills to create and update databases, reports, and dashboards for data analysis and performance monitoring.
