Heading the Architecture Wing within SAPL, which is a nationally recognized Multidisciplinary Consulting Company having projects all across India, Middle East & Antigua. Key Projects:Infosys City - Hyderabad : A 450 acre site at Pocharam Hyderabad is a SEZ project undertaken by Infosys Technologies Ltd. First phase of 50 acres include 5 Software devp blocks (office bldgs), 2 food courts & an Employee Care Center. Total built area 2m sft.SDB 4&5: Each of these is 4 lac sft, 8 storied flat plate PT structures. Aiming for Leed Platinium, the design approach is highly sustainable with Radiant cooling (chilled RCC slab) instead of conventional AC. Day lighting & user comfort were challengingly achieved. ECC: This is a 15 storied structure with lower 2 floors forming podium that host sports, recreation & training facilities. The tower is composed of 500 rooms (single/ double rooms & suites). Design challenge lied in resolving the transfer floor where structure & services change route. MAHE - Jaipur : This is an Engineering & Management studies campus for Manipal group on a 100 acres site near Jaipur, Rajasthan. The facility is to host 20k students in a phased development with 100% accommodation facility for students & faculty. The campus includes a state of the art Library, Convention center & Sports facilities.I I T - Mandi : Indian Institute of Technology's eighth campus is planned to be at Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. In a 800 acres of mountainous site, this highly sustainable engineering campus concept is proposed. Dealing with the levels & contours, while keeping clients’ intent of non motored vehicles on campus was highly challenging.KTPO Convention Center - Bangalore : Karnataka Trade Promotion Organization runs a Convention Hall on a 50 acres land in Whitefield Bangalore. This invited competition was to add a 4 times larger hall/s, Auditorium, Shopping, Offices, Retail & Hotel. Our proposal is in the top 3 shortlisted.

Worked with several project teams, within & across offices & other disciplines. (Completed). A $30m project strategically designed to suit the contextual settings and is highly responsive to the climate. Adventist Health Systems: Corporate Headquarters (150,000 sft) Altamonte Springs, FL. Based on the concept of Desert Oasis, the building reacts to environment while displaying clients ‘core-values. Daimler Trucks North America: Corporate Head quarters (650 acres devp.) in South Carolina. A $0.5b competition project, aiming for LEED platinum (proposed)

Worked on projects, both in the US & UAE. Conceptual design thru design development were my primary tasks. Produced DD & CD sets, and assisted in construction administration. Took initiative in sustainable approaches for projects in general & also volunteered in design standardization.Key projects: Al Dhafra Co-operative Housing society: Al Dhafra towers (270,000 sft), Abu Dhabi, UAE. 30 storey Mixed use project won thru an invited design competition. A reinforced concrete structure. Veolia Waters: Corporate Headquarters (42,000 sft) Indianapolis IN. Corporate Interiors with the concept of flowing water, worked with-in the parameters of existing structure & met the clients' vision. Lilly Pharmaceuticals: Bldg K153 Specialty storage (18,000 sft),, Indianapolis IN. Specialty pharmaceutical storage building that portrays the character of the campus, yet has its own impact.

A self established Architectural Practice in Hubli. Worked as ‘Principal’ for over 4 years, prior to leaving for higher studies to USA. With a team 8-12 member team, successfully managed over 60 small to mid scale projects in this tenure. Key Projects: Pratap Builders: Kalpavruksha Neighborhood (60000 sft) Hubli KA INDIA. Mixed use- high density residential project. Duration 16.5 months. Our services included Complete Architectural & Structural designs, MEP, CA, Marketing & promotional activities. BDCC Bank ltd: Corporate Headquarters (75000 sft) Bagalkot, KA INDIA. Project won thru invited Design Competition that included 17 entries from 3 states. Hubli Dharwad Development Authority: Commercial Center (210000 sft) Hubli-Dharwad KA INDIA. 5 commercial / office buildings in Hubli & Dharwad business district for public outlet. Hubli Dharwad Development Authority: Unkal Lake redevelopment, Hubli KA INDIA. Master planning, Island development & landscape design for the public recreation facility. Basava Kendra: Community Center (24000 sft) Ilkal, KA INDIA. 120’X50’ concrete shell roof structure challengingly designed & constructed in a complex site condition.
