Ensure they have stabilized environment and consolidate few sql servers by understanding the domain dependencies and decommission the unnecessary servers to ensure the reduction of licensing costs. Expert in HA, DR Solutions, Security, Migration, Upgradation & Virtualizing the SQL instances. Extensively worked on managing, monitoring , patching, performance tuning, incident management, change management & Problem management for the production servers. Expertise in analysing the existing environments and add valued added suggestions for improving the existing servers with less cost and analysing Capacity planning to ensure the reduction of incidents in near future.
