As Chief Executive Officer of DB RRTS Operations India Private Limited (Part of Deutsche Bahn International Operations, Berlin Germany) leading a team of professionals for taking over Operation and Maintenance of Delhi- Meerut Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) being implemented by National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC). DB RRTS Operations India Private Limited has been appointed for Operation & Maintenance of 82.15 Km long first RRTS project being implemented in the Country. Contract agreement was signed on 01st July 2022 for a period of 12 years, extendable by further 5 years. A complete team of professionals of 350 people for O&M has been organized in a very short time of just 6 months including recruitment of young team of Maintenance staff, Train Operators, Station Controllers etc. duly imparting them training in highly complex railway system. After successful completion of on-the-job technical training in the specialized fields, competency certification has been granted to Operation & Maintenance staff. Also, state of art modern operation & maintenance strategy has been established with Asset Management System along with clearly spelt out Standard Operation Procedures, Manuals etc. Commissioner of Metro Railway Safety sanction for opening of priority section has been obtained in June 2023 and it is ready for commencement of commercial operations shortly.

As Managing Director, Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation (known previously as Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation) leading a team of professionals for successfully implementing 23 Km long partly elevated and partly underground Phase-1A North South Corridor of Metro Project in Lucknow, the capital city of the largest State Uttar Pradesh in India in a very strict time frame 36 days ahead of schedule.Lucknow Metro, it is a Dream Project of the people of Uttar Pradesh which is being realized under my leadership. Through a very dynamic management style and leadership as my endeavor, Lucknow Metro has achieved the distinction of being the fastest Metro project implementation that has ever happened in the Country by commencing revenue operation on entire 23 km long partly elevated / partly underground North- South Corridor of Lucknow Metro Phase-1A project on 8th March 2019 in just four and a half years period setting up new bench mark in delivery of such a complex multi disciplinary infrastructure project in the industry. Even contemporary Metro projects in the Country have not been able to match the Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation's speed of deliverance and strength in project execution to the best of international standards in safety and quality.Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation has been conferred with many national and international awards. Metro projects in other important cities like Kanpur and Agra, the city of ''Taj Mahal'' are also now being implemented by Lucknow Metro Rail Rail Corporation. Works have been undertaken at a very fast pace for implementation of Kanpur Metro Project and 9Km long priority section of Kanpur Metro from IIT to Motijheel has been commissioned for revenue operations in just 2 years and 2 months period on 28 December 2021 in the presence of Hon'ble Prime Minister of India. Agra Metro construction also commenced on 7th December 2020 after inauguration by Honorable Prime Minister and is under implementation at fast pace.

Oversee all facets of the 510km Heavy-haul Rail project from Alpha and Kevin's Corner Mines to Abbot Point Port in Queensland including planning, execution, testing and commissioning.Define and manage development of the project including organisation, scheduling and implementation planning.Acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and contractors to ensure delivery within estimated budget, within timelines and to the desired standards and quality.
