Duties and Responsibilities• Functions as the primary Systems Administrator for Windows and Linux Systems • Configures and documents new servers, programs, and applications.• Manages security and integrity protocols of a system according to standards.• Monitors potential threats, vulnerabilities, and implements appropriate courses of action. • Initiates backup process, data recoveries and other disaster recovery contingencies.• Collaborates with Systems Team to create and update security audit measures for all systems.• Provide support to all level entity for daily IT operations.• Manage Active Directory, servers, and clients patch management via SCCM• Recommend, schedule, and perform software and hardware upgrades, patches, and reconfigurations• Email Systems (Zimbra and Microsoft Office365)• System Administration• System Center Configuration Manager ( SCCM)• Privileged Access Management (PAM)• VMware Virtualization• Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (Nutanix)• Endpoint Security System Management (Kaspersky Security Center, Cortex XDR)• Data Center Management• Disaster Recovery Management• Helpdesk Support• Vulnerability Assessment
