Key responsibilities • Work on various campaigns such as (CD,CDQQ, AMT and Telemarketing, Data -Appends, VV, BCL, Bant lead, and Profiling) in accordance with updates.• Check the quality of the leads generated by the research analyst in accordance with the project specifications, key deliverables and campaign requirements.• Collection, analysis, interpretation and verification of information from various sources (search engines) for inclusion in a number of database formats and compilation of information in various database formats.• Flash QA reports after work is complete.• Flagging the Research Analyst for incorrect data & information.• Maintain all quality control data based on the Quality Department.• Assist with the development of call monitoring formats and quality standards.• Monitor calls and provide trend information to the site management team.• Utilizes a quality monitoring data management system to compile and monitor team and individual level performance.• Provides feedback to team leaders and management.• Coach and train new employees and keep them informed of current information.
