CurrentHandling revenue management activities for a cluster of 14 hotels under Oberoi Hotels and Resorts, and Trident Hotels brands in leisure destinations in India. This includes inventory management, rate management and channel management.Preparing market segment-wise long forecasts, sharing opportunities/risks with management.Yearly budgeting exercise – Preparing room revenue budgets with growth targets.and balanced market mix.Coordinating with Sales and Marketing for rate contracts and marketing campaigns.Monitoring competition positions and taking actions to meet/exceed MPI, ARI and RGI targets and retain market share and ranking.Data Analysis and MIS – overseeing central setup for analysing and reporting hotels’ performance.Contact Centre workforce management - volumes forecasting, manpower planning and scheduling.Hands-on experience and knowledge of MICROS ORS/CRS, Ideas RMS, Sabre Synxis, Salesforce, Revenue Strategy360.
