Freddie mac is a financial client with their primary business model comprising the mortgage backed secularization business, the cash pooling manager is the project that deals with the secularization of Freddie mac cash loans. In a nut shell, Freddie mac buys a bunch of loans from the banks, pools them to form cash pool of loans and these pools are secularized and traded in the market as securities. The cash pooling manager is a new application that performs the cash pooling process and sends to a third-party company to perform disclosure and issuance of the securities to the traded counter parties.
