I am a Certified Energy Manager (CEM®) with a PhD in Physics and Electrical Engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, with a specialization in numerical modeling, simulation, optimization, digital signal processing, and algorithm automation using MATLAB.As an experienced energy and utility consultant, I have led numerous projects focused on net zero energy, energy security & resiliency for critical facilities, and renewable energy solutions. My expertise spans a wide range of areas, including carbon-free electricity feasibility studies, net zero energy analysis, renewable energy and storage systems, microgrids, and alternative heating solutions. I am also well-versed in Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC), Energy Conservation Measures (ECM), and utility service assessments.My work includes performing utility billing analysis for U.S. Army Installations, conducting cost of service studies for thermal, electric, and natural gas utilities, developing fuel price forecasting models, and evaluating utility pricing for federal, state, and university projects. I am skilled in conducting comprehensive economic analyses, such as life cycle costing and capital investment estimates, to ensure optimal solutions for clients.I also developed a proprietary optimization software tool that enhances cost efficiency and energy security across multiple U.S. Army Installations, with a focus on identifying viable Demand Side Management techniques.In addition to my consulting work, I serve on the Executive Board of the Association of Energy Engineers Oklahoma Chapter (AEEOK) and chair the AEEOK sub-committee in Oklahoma City. I also represent Guernsey on the Industrial Advisory Board for the OSU IAC Great Plains Center of Excellence (GPCoE).I am also an active volunteer and executive committee member of the India Association of Oklahoma, contributing to cultural initiatives in the community.In my free time, I enjoy photography, hiking, and camping in the beautiful landscapes around Edmond, where I reside.
