Responsibilities:• As a Lead Recruiter my responsibilities include handling a team of 5 Recruiters and 2 Trainees and supported them in all aspects of recruiting• An out-of-the-box thinker with a proven track record in fast recruitment, streamlining work flow, creating a teamwork environment to enhance the profitability innovatively for organizations• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications• Assigning the requirements to team and ensuring their productivity is at right track• Escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team• Provide guidance to the team based on management direction• Work with functional managers and the team sponsor to obtain necessary resources to support the team’s requirements• Trained new Hires and made them accustomed with the new work environment and process

• By using the available job boards Dice/Tech fetch/Monster/Ladders and availablegoogle geoups to source the best profile from the market.• Screen and qualify the best candidates. Develop a plentiful pipeline of qualified talent. Anticipate/ prepare for future skill requirements.• Maintaining the vendor relationships for good results.• Sourced qualified candidates by postings, searching for candidates on the available job boards, cold calling and mail merge.• Solicits and identifies prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail, Text Message to their Mobile No and the Internet to determine skills, experience, and areas for geographic employment, preferences, availability and visa status.• Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds and making the resume if required.• Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.• Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate’s experience and requirement.• Submit the profile of the candidate to Team Lead for further process.• Negotiates salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies and close the position.• Involved in marketing profiles of OPT, CPT, H1B, GC and USC. Posting Resume of the Bench Consultants in all Job Portals like Dice, Career Builder, Job flocks Monster etc.,• Sourcing and applying on Portals to get requirements for our Consultants.• Involved in Updating profiles on daily basis in all Job portals.• Broadcasting Updated Hot list daily in groups and to huge network I have.• Will check with prime vendors about requirements on daily basis where I have very good contact.
