Currenta) Quality work: Incoming Inspection: Responsible for inspect raw materials, manufacturing components, purchase items, imported items and to make related documents like incoming inspection reports/rejection reports.Responsible for quality authorization for all standard items like motors/linear actuators/encoders/limit switches/servo controllers/brakes/harmonic drives/IC-chips/slip rings/rotary joints/connectors/pcb boards.Maintains quality engineering programs and standards and improvements within the organization.Responsible for developing, applying, revising and maintaining quality standards for processing materials into partially finished or finished products. Approves product, process and equipment qualifications.Document Control: Responsible for maintain Documents like Drawings, Master-Controlled copy/BOM./powder coating/hard anodizing, Electronics documents-PCB drawings/Gerber files/population/ wire list/wiring diagram/Network diagrams.b) Testing:Functional Testing: Responsible for confirmation of the project requirements through manual testing by control panel, test benches, etc. Responsible to show the functional running in all aspects to the customer and made the remarks and test reports/documents as per the standard.ATP/QTP Testing: Involved in Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) and Qualification test procedures(QTP) For Antenna Positioner. Maintain the documents for Rain test, Bump tests, Electrical continuity tests, salt tests, fungus tests, Transits Drop, Acceleration/shock/sand and dust tests.Wind Load Testing: Wind load tests for Aslesha, and Bharani Radars by real antennas and recorded the feedback data’s in real environment. Involved in Load tests for products in simulation 30degree load tests.
