Current- Developed a confocal microscopy setup for investigating defect centers like diamond-based nitrogen vacancy (NV) and other solid-state materials with capabilities of performing ultrafast measurements using femtosecond lasers. - Performed Optically Detected Magnetic Resonance (ODMR) experiment in diamond with NV centers.- Wrote scripts for instrument control using python. - Time resloved X-ray diffraction experiments at APS to study the temporal evolution of crystal structure in semiconducting materials with defects, relevant for quantum information science.
