Catalog Specialist - Consolidating unstructured vendor data into standardized format• Interacting and coordinating with vendors and manufacturers to help ensure a smooth data flow• Populating content for the product catalogs on the Spoyl Frontend• Setting up competitive pricing for vendors with TP Payment model• Coordinating with the warehouse team for timely stock, price & manufacturer update of Private Labels and Outright vendors• Formatting size charts received from vendors as per Spoyl guidelines and uploading the same• Participating in the identification and correction of catalog errors; investigating catalog related complaints;• Creating reports regarding work received and work performed

Roles and responsibilities:• Work on Sizing information for Marketplace Styles.• Work on Sizing improvement projects, and Clear backlog for all articles and apply Size charts.• Analyse daily productive report to ensure that all information are present.• Analyse Catalog daily report to develop business workflows that will help us make better decisions and be more efficient in our daily work.• Coordinate with vendor to collect the appropriate data for Catalog inventory and visualize for further process.• Working via a ticketing system and responding to ticket escalation from both Gurgaon and Bangalore. • To ensure that there is size chart information before articles arrive at the catalog office.• Help Studio managers / Pre live QC and WH team to clear the on hold styles.
