As a Lead, I would have been doing my Team appraisal, Tracking their work & Leaves of KPIT Team members in GM-TCS client. It is my additional work apart from my daily build activities. Now I am official reviewer for MY22 ELM Program & Support to RSMT Team. Integration of SWCs, starting from initial Build, FRMR, COMR, PTCS, Controller Build & A2L activities and then basic testing of SW. Release SW to readiness team for complete testing. Finally release SW to GMNA. Got awarded for Development of "Generic Diagnostic & Event Testing Tool" as "Outstanding Performance and Lasting Contribution to Software Quality Improvement" from Caterpillar. Got appreciation for completing WTS OEM model testing in short span of time.  Got appreciation for support late changes from Algo Team. Got appreciation for MY20 BCM build ownership. Got appreciation for successful GIT Migration & Build Process redefined. Got appreciation for Dwarf build issue resolution. Got appreciation for Frame-RSMT Migration.
