Worked as a Qualitative Interviewer on a - Qualitative study, “Influencers’ motivation and contribution to Polio vaccination and beyond – Lessons from CGPP India,” to be conducted in different districts of Uttar Pradesh. Catholic Relief Services funded this project, and Anna Schurmann is the lead investigator and analyst (Anna Schurmann is a public health expert providing support to projects across South Asia and globally. She has 15 years of experience focusing on strategy creation, knowledge management, implementation, and documentation; Ms Schurmann holds a Master’s in Public Health from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and a Certificate in International Development Policy from Duke University). I conducted 40 in-depth interviews with Social, religious, and political influencers who contributed to vaccination for Polio, Child immunisation, and the COVID Pandemic. The influencers include religious Leaders such as Shahri IMAM and Pundit, political leaders such as Surpanch and Ward Member, and social influencers such as Teachers and community leaders. The project staff, such as the District, Block Community Mobilization and Community Mobilization Coordinator of CRS, PCI and ADRA, were also interviewed. This study was done in six districts of Uttar Pradesh, namely Mau, Sitapur, Bagpat, Moradabad, Meerut, and Rampur. I am also assigned to work on the transcript and literature review part with the chief investigator and team.

Since 11th of April'2016, I am working with Care India on Reproductive, Maternal, Neonatal, Child and Adolescent Health (RMNCH+A) in achieving ''Human Development Goals'' of Begusarai District on monthly basis through providing programmatic support to all the Health and ICDS functionaries, in terms of periodic review of Health and ICDS functioning, building technical and managerial capacities of stakeholders on community level interventions in Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child Health & Nutrition. In 2017 I supported District Hospital Administration in Kayakalp Assessment process with all my team colleagues and District Begusarai got 2nd Position in Bihar. I have pioneered "6 Anganwadi Centers as Ideal Anganwadi" through improved coverage and quality of community level interventions and increased quality client–provider (front-line workers) interactions.Supervising and building capacity of 18 Block Managers in program interventions towards ensuring maximum coverage of quality outreach & nutrition services through 2561 AWWs and 238 ASHAs, guiding them in developing detailed implementation plans and supporting them in accomplishing the objectives.
