· Identify and qualify high-quality candidates in America who are precise fits for job orders sent by our US-based clients· Contact candidates through phone calls and e-mails to determine interest and availability· Conduct in-depth phone interviews to qualify candidates, negotiate salaries or rates, and schedule interviews· Work with candidates throughout the recruiting process from candidate submission, scheduling interviews, compensation negotiation, offers, and onboarding· Interact with US-based clients to develop recruiting strategies and build long-term relationships· Build a pipeline of candidates who can be considered for future job orders and generate referrals· Maintain daily and weekly client reports· Work closely with and assist senior team members

• Expertise in marketing the bench consultants.• Solid experience in vendor negotiation, sales and marketing resumes.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity excellent attitude towards teamwork and common goals achievement• Worked with all most all level consultants such as Developers/Programmers, Business Analyst (Healthcare), SQL Server Developer, PHP, QA Testers, Sr. Business Analysts, Network Administrators, DBA’s, ERP’s, CRM’s, Network/Systems Professionals.• Worked with almost all the Technologies such as C, C++, C#, Oracle, PL /SQL,SQL, Java, J2EE, .Net, ASP, ADO, .Net, Visual Basic, Cobol, DBA, DB2, Perl, Sybase, Data Warehousing, Cognos, PeopleSoft, Oracle Apps, Unix, Linux, Sun Solaris, TCP/IP, Testing/QA etc.• Have hands on recruitment and business development experience in identifying candidate profiles with combination of above skills.• Worked with preferred vendors / clients• Salary package negotiations include hourly, per day and annual on W2/1099/CTC and CTH.
