Equally fulfilling is the opportunity to support and mentor colleagues, particularly in coaching young professionals and witnessing their growth into confident, capable experts.With over 25 years of diverse experience in the oil and gas industry, I have a proven track record of delivering results in challenging situations. I began my career as a Wireline Engineer with Halliburton Logging Services, and later transitioned to operator companies, where I had the privilege of managing and developing offshore and onshore fields, contributing to exploration projects, and establishing new teams and offices. Throughout my career, I’ve honed my ability to mentor young graduates, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work closely with leadership to define strategies and achieve organizational goals.I am passionate about creating value and making meaningful contributions through my work.
