Achieved 98.2 % of sales targets in FY20 in a challenging market environment where the industry sales declined by 23% as compared to FY192. Conducted multiple integrated digital marketing campaigns at Nagaon and Golaghat franchise in November 2020. which led to the generation of more than 100 leads

FES Swaraj Division brand perception, competitors Unique Selling Proposition(USP), tractor utilities, and local agricultural practices.2. Across 11 districts of West Bengal identified the degree of impact on tractor sales factors such as Sales manpower, Back office staff, Proprietor involvement in business, Proprietor reputation in the region, Proprietor’s relationship with financers, Proprietor’s coordination with the sales team, Proprietor’s relationship with brokers and existing customers.Responsibilities1. Business development, leads generation, leads segmentation, lead management, lead conversion, customer management, and stock management.2. Coordinated with Financers like Mahindra Financial Services Limited, Cholamandalam Finance, Kotak Mahindra Finance, and L&T Finance for tractor financing.Achievements1. Organized BTL marketing activities like old customers meet in Murshidabad district to improve customer relationships as well as to promote new models like Swaraj 963 FE, which was attended by more than 250 customers.2. Launched multiple SMS campaigns in Murshidabad district for promotion of a new scheme which led to growth in lead generation by 20%3. Employed digital marketing strategies to launch a paid social media campaign in order to increase awareness among the farmers of Purba Bardhaman district. which led to a reach of 13000 and customer engagement(Click Through Rate) of 2.5%
