As a Program Manager at Schoolnet India, I was in charge of implementing the Project that was jointly being run by the Education Department, Government of Rajasthan and Schoolnet India Ltd. Schoolnet India has partnered with the Government of Rajasthan to provide its flagship product "Geneo" in more than 6500 schools pan Rajasthan, and as the Program Manager, I make sure that the product is introduced in schools in a phased manner so that we can reach a wide audience and have a positive impact on the teachers and students who are using Geneo.

As an MGN Fellow, I have been working closely with the district administration of Kota, Rajasthan, to strengthen the district skill ecosystem. As a fellow, the following are key things that I have done during my fellowship so far:1. Create a relevant DSDP or District Skill Development Plan for Kota that uses relevant data collected via primary research to give what pathways through which the district skill ecosystem can be strengthened.2. Worked on finding a basket of goods and services that will drive economic growth for the district in the near future; the areas/sectors/products that I have identified via my field experiences and discussion with domain experts are, first the coaching industry, second the Kota Dorian Saree and third tourism. 3. Worked closely with the weavers of the Kota Dorian Handloom cluster to understand why it is not performing well and what underlying issues are plaguing it. I have written one academic essay on the cluster ranked as excellent by IIM-B, did a socio-economic survey of the cluster, which helped me understand that marketing is a big challenge and finally come up with a marketing plan that is to be submitted to Rajasthan Handloom development corporation for further consideration and implementation.3. Helped in the implementation, planning and monitoring of Flagship schemes of government of India and Government of Rajasthan like New Education Policy 2020, Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana 2.0, Indra Gandhi Mahila Shakti Yojana, Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana, Deen Dayala Upadhyaya Gram Kaushal Yojana and more. 4. Helped in better information sharing regarding skilling activities between various departments of government. 5. Planned and Initiated a tourism plan for the district of Kota with the help of local entrepreneurs, the plan has resulted in starting of food, photo and heritage walks, which has attracted more than 2000 tourists locally.
