A MBA- MDRA, JNTU Hyderabad and health graduate with wide work experience at various capacities in NGO, CSR, Govt. and International organization for more than 15 years have given me deep insight to work and passion to lead a project, institution working for deprived communities. As a Director at CRC Rajnandgaon, under the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Govt. of India leading a team of Medical and Rehabilitation professionals and created value in the areas of Medical & Therapeutic rehabilitation, Skill development training & Placement, human resources development, institution building, process standardization, research, model development, documentation and dissemination of knowledge in the field of education, healthcare, inclusion and empowerment of the disadvantaged and delivered Community Based rehabilitation and build capacities and provided services to more than 23,000 persons with disabilities in 27 districts of 3 states of India. Implemented Govt. Of India Scheme viz. ADIP, SIPDA and 24X7 toll free Mental Health Rehabilitation Helpline. Worked with MHRD, Govt of India and UNICEF for Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) and Right to education Act (RTE), Pioneered the strategies to deal with shortage of qualified special educators in North Eastern states which, later implemented successfully across country. Appraised the 11 state annual plan and budget for onward recommendation to the Director (SE & L), MHRD, Govt of India.I lead the community health and rehabilitation programs and contributed in forming and strengthening 120 Disabled Persons’ Organizations (self-help groups) in 30 villages has been well appreciated during my tenure at Byrraju Foundation at Hyderabad.Contributed & lead the technical team of “Development of Dynamic Web enable system for comprehensive access, rehabilitation and empowerment for the persons with disabilities (SADERAM)” for Govt of Andhra – Pradesh.
