I am responsible in setting up, Maintaining and tuning the applications in Development, SIT and UAT and PROD instance for Dubai Customs.I have set up all the environments and tuned BPEL,OBIEE,OTRS(ticketing software) and OAS 10g. Following are my activities in Dubai customs..• Performing Production application and BPEL,OBIEE Deployments and BPEL,OBIEE system Administration.• Experiencing Performance Tuning activities of Oracle application server and BPELand OBIEE in PROD.• Do monitor and analyze the load, stress and endurance test results on the UAT environments for every major configuration change in prod to achieve better performance.• Installing Oracle SOA suite10g and 11g(BPEL,ESB,OWSM)• Configuring BPEL , ESB,OWSM Cluster.• Setting up and maintaining UAT, SIT, B2B and training environments for dubai Customs IT development.• Up gradation of Oracle Application Server from 10.1.3.1 to 10.1.3.4 in production, dev, SIT and UAT• Installed and maintenance of Oracle portal and Oracle database 10g• Migrated the Oracle database and software to 10.2.0.3• Installed and configured Oracle identity management and metadata repository• Responsible in team for all deployments in SOA instance for dev, SIT and UAT environments and also did OJMS configuration.• Responsible for SSO and ODI (directory integration)configuration with SOA and Portal Operated Applications.• Installing and tuning EM grid for monitoring PROD and UAT servers.• SSL configuration for customs application.
