To keep tracking and follow up with the transporters for timely delivery of cars. To monitor and control the TAT (turn around cycle time) from the loading time to exit time. Analysis of transit damages, on time delivery and delay performance on monthly basis. To look after Transporter issue management.(like payment issue, POD release issue, unloading issue etc.). Freight cost control through freight Rationalization/analysis with other manufacturing company’s & Route mapping. Daily updation of in transit cars in MIS & on portal.(Portal updation and new implementation in the portal). To cross check & clearing Transporter Bills, Outsourcing contractors & Security bills.MIS ReportsPreparing daily MIS & other Monthly Reports. Maintaining Data & Coordinating with Auditors for Stock verification/QS Audits. To provide the data to PPC/CQE as per their requirement. To Draft OM/Presentation for the meeting.
