Extensively worked on a three-layered solution, which consists of the following: ++ Layer 1: Automation of operational activities (includes scripting, scheduling of activities, etc.) ++ Layer 2: Data analysis (automated running of scheduled activities & notification of issues) ++ Layer 3: Statistical Dashboards for personnel (Dashboards consisting of relevant charts & graphs for Team Leads, Business Heads, CXOs, etc.)
