Responsibilities: • Acted as an area focal point for all construction work including pre commissioning.• Study Isometrics, P & ID and Support std’s, plan as per fabrication and erection. • Material, Manpower & Equipment planning according to Scope and target.• Responsible for spool fabrication/erection/Line Checking and hydro testing, line checking test package wise within boundary limits and also maintain activities in the existing facilities to ensure the activities are executed as per the work Scope and in adherence to the HSE standards.• Preparation of checklist/ balance work to be done for piping systems/loops with conformity to General Arrangement Drawings, P&ID’s, Isometric drawings and support std. etc.• Responsible for all Piping fabrication and Erection Hydro testing and line checking test package preparation and inspection with the Client..• Preparing and witnessing the hydro testing /Pneumatic test of pipeline and approval.• Inspection of pipes internal cleaning and Gauging plate.
